Behaviour Support Practitioner

Sylvi is a behaviour support practitioner with a background in social work, offering a person-centred, holistic, and neuro-affirming approach to behaviour support. Drawing on her social work degree, she integrates evidence-based practice with a strong understanding of social systems (family, groups, communities and organisations that shape human behaviour and wellbeing), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based frameworks. Sylvi focuses on developing strategies that are practical, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique environment and support network.

She is committed to upholding the values of social justice, dignity, and empowerment in her practice, ensuring that the voices of the individuals she supports remain at the centre of all interventions.
